| Joe Colavito, is the Vice President of Development for Wells Real Estate Funds, where he is a requested conference speaker, author and coach. Over the past six years he has facilitated training programs for over 6,000 financial representatives and coached individuals and teams seeking to perform at the next level. He is devoted to encouraging others to discover, develop and deploy their God-given talents to maximize their performance in business and life. Prior to joining Wells REF he spent twelve years in the recruiting industry where he interviewed over 5,000 candidates and served as a partner in two leading global executive search firms. Along the way he discovered that far too many talented professionals felt stuck on their job track. Many had settled for going through the motions until they could afford to retire. This disturbing observation ignited his life mission: to help others jump from job track to joyride by learning to work from the inside out so they can put “who they are” at the center of “all they do.” Joe and his wife Debbie reside in Johns Creek, GA with their five children.
